Vodafone live! manual settings for Nokia phones




To access Vodafone live! on your Vodafone GPRS mobile phone, all you need to do is to activate Vodafone live! and get the settings on your Vodafone mobile phone.





Profile name: Vodafone live

Homepage URL: http://live.vodafone.in

Security: Non-secure

There is no charge for activating Vodafone live!

Bearer: GPRS

IP address: 10.10.1.100

Username: ______

Choose your Samsung phone model to find out the settings:

To set up GPRS:

a) Go to menu > Funbox > WAP Browser

b) Select settings, and choose your profile



Once you´ve selected the profile, complete the following fields:

Profile name: Vodafone live!

Homepage url:http://live.vodafone.in

Security: Non-secure

Bearer: GPRS

IP address: 10.10.1.100

U sername: ______

Password:< blank> ______

APN: portalnmms



Now that the settings have been completed, you can access the homepage by:

a) Going to the idle screen and pressing the "OK / i" key, or

b) Go to menu> FunBox > WAP Browser > Home



To set up MMS

a) Go to menu > Messages

b) Then go to Multimedia Messages > MMS Profile > choose your profile

a) Go to menu > Browser > Proxy settings

b) Choose your profile



Once you´ve selected the profile, complete the following fields:

Profile name:

Homepage URL:

Bearer: GPRS

Proxy use: Enabled

GPRS setting:

IP address:

IP Port:9401

APN:

Login ID:

Password:



To set the proxy settings for GPRS, go to:

a) Menu > Browser

b) Then go to current proxy, and select the desired proxy setting



Now that the settings have been completed, you can access the homepage by:

a) Going to the idle screen and pressing the "OK / i" key, or

b) Go to menu> FunBox > WWW services > Home

b) Then go to Connection settings, and click on New

To set the proxy settings for GPRS, go to:

a) Menu > Browser

b) Go to WAP profile, and select the desired proxy setting

c) Then go to Options and click on Activate



Now that the settings have been completed, you can access the homepage by:

a) Going to the idle screen and pressing the "OK / i" key, or

b) Go to menu> > Browser > Home



To set the proxy settings for MMS, go to:

a) Menu > Messaging > Settings

b) Go to Multimedia Messages, and select your profile

c) Go to desired proxy settings, click on Options and select Activate
